We are pleased to introduce an improved CPD registration and certification process that will make your experience faster, more accurate, and fully self‑service. These changes support FAIS compliance, streamline administration, and give you immediate access to your CPD certificates.
🌿 What’s Changing?
From January 2026, all CPD certificates will be issued through our new automated system. This means:

You must log into your IING account before registering for any CPD training.

Your details will auto‑populate during registration.

You will be automatically enrolled in the linked CPD course.

After the session, you will complete:

The FAIS Honesty & Integrity Declaration

A short 5‑question multiple‑choice assessment
-
Achieve the required 80% pass rate
-

Your CPD certificate will be available immediately after completing these steps.
This ensures a secure, compliant, and seamless process for all members.
📁 Where to Find Your Certificates
To help you during the transition, please note the following:
Certificates Issued Before January 2026
All certificates issued before January 2026 remain available under: My Account → Past EB Certificates
Certificates Issued from January 2026 Onward
Certificates issued under the new system will be available in two places:

Inside your CPD Course

Under My Account → My CPD Certificates on the IING website
This gives you a complete, permanent record of your CPD history.
🧭 How to Register for CPD Training Going Forward
To register for any CPD session:

Log into your IING account

Select the CPD event
-
Click Register (your details will auto‑fill)

Attend the session via MS Teams

Complete your declaration and assessment
-
Download your certificate immediately
If you miss the live session, the recording will be available in the Course within 10 working days, after which you can complete the requirements and receive your certificate.
